Travelling
It's always great to have a chance to go and see new places, meet new people and learn a
bout their every day life and culture!
However, there are a few places that keep attracting me like a magnet!

Music
I really enjoy listening to music. I obviously have my favourites of all times, but I like to keep my eyes and ears open for new groups and kinds of music.
I am quite a pop / rock fan (cannot miss new Editors' or
Kaiser Chiefs' albums!), but if I am tired or sleepy, I will probably go for Enya or
Leonard Cohen.
Then again, if i am in the mood for something a bit wild, I listen to German punk rock or electro-pop. (I am a big fan of Die Aerzte,
Wolfsheim,
Wir Sind Helden and
Rammstein.) As for good old times, I am very happy to choose
Abba, Midge Ure or
Alphaville.

Graphics, web design, photos, drawing & doodling
I usually have too little time to sit down and start drawing. I must admit I used to draw a lot.
I still keep my sketching pad and drag it out of the box every now and again.

Books and magazines
I like reading a lot. Online daily news services are a must! I also like to get magazines from the Polish shop. (My favourites include Angora and Newsweek. I am particularly hooked on the first magazine, as I can find a great collection of articlesfrom various Polish and international newspapers reprinted in Angora.)
As for books, I enjoy reading what I like to call scientific/psychological thrillers. My favourite authors include Michael Crichton, Tom Clancy and Dan Brown. I also find Scottish or Irish history a gread read - quite murky and dark! |
